A new year = new stationary

You know whats probably really annoying about being my friend? You generally have to book me. I don't know how I do it, but I manage to fill up two weeks or so in advance sometimes, and thats not even in busy times like Christmas etc. There are many times where I just want to clear off everything I have for that day & sit at home being lazy - but the honest truth is I'm just more at home doing a million things at once than spending all my time lazing.
Upside of all this? Alot of events means alot of things to write in my calender, to do list & planner.
...and long term to do lists, specialised to do lists, school diary & phone planner. Don't judge me. I'm as disorganised naturally as a mofo, and I need to overcompensate...
So as my plan is to get my room redone this year (....it's my plan every year) I think I need a calender, planner & to do list set that fits with my (idealistic) room decor.

So, in celebration of a new year to come; my choices :

2011 Caitlin Keeglin calender, US$25.00 from here. I love the round cyclic shape of it - it reminds me of the  Aztec calender in some way? I'm obsessed with anything that references ancient tribes/civilizations..

DIY calendar, AUD$19.95 from Kikki.K - this would be a good one to display collages of whats inspiring me in a particular month, and the pages are perforated so i can keep the pictures easily once I'm done with the calendar, also has a liiiiittle more space than the one above....would be good in diary form.

Kikki.K weekly (AUD$9.95) and monthly (AUD$29.95) desk planners.

thats all for now while I hunt down the perfect planner ;)

i'm partial to the aztec-style planner myself. it makes organizing your life seem much more festive.

thanks for your sweet comment, by the way!
